Paula Deen Chocolate Pecan Pie. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, and melted butter until smooth. Cover bottom of pie crust with pecans.
In a small bowl, stir together pecans, toffee bits. In a separate bowl using a hand mixer, mix your slightly beaten eggs, Karo syrup, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, cocoa powder, and salt.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine chocolate and cream.
Remove from heat once melted and well combined. Cover bottom of pie crust with pecans. Stir in pecans, coconut, and toffee bits.
