Pineapple Cream Cheese Cake. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the granulated sugar and melted butter. Add the egg, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
If you are using a springform tin, I clip the parchment paper in & lock the tin.
Butter & flour a standard tube pan or spray with cooking spray.
Add sugar and beat until smooth. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. Butter and flour in a regular bowl or spray with baking spray.
